Iguazu Falls
Date: March 23rd 2023
Location: Misiones, Argentina
Las Cataratas de Iguazu are a series of waterfalls that make up the largest waterfall system in the world. As well as being the largest system, they are also one of the 7 natural wonders of the world. Regardless of these accolades, nothing can actually prepare one for the sight of these beautiful falls. There are no words to describe just how vast and incredible this place is. Rainbows adorn the entire scene from every angle, and a light mist scatters throughout the entire jungle surrounding the river and the falls. To call the sight of the falls hypnotic, would be an understatement.
The view from across the falls
The best thing about this park, is that there are many ways to view the falls; from below in the river, from above on walkways, or from across the valley separating the falls from the jungle.
The view from above the falls
The absolutely astonishing view from a walkway above one of the many waterfalls. And of course, another rainbow.
Garganta del Diablo
The largest of the waterfalls at the Iguazu Falls waterfall system. This waterfall was so large, that you could not see the bottom. All that was visible was a heavy mist and a rainbow.
